Free Wedding Guest List Tool

It's important to get a rough idea of how many guests you want to invite to your big day. You need to know this when you're looking for suitable venues and when you're working out costs. As you're putting your guest list together we recommend that you use our free guest list tool.

When you register with Nearly Married you'll automatically get access to our free guest list tool. This lets you add the names of each guest online. Whether you want a simple list of guest names or a more informative list you can manage it with our guest list tool. As well as basic information such as names you can include details such as: contact details, are they day or evening guests, have they accepted or declined your invitation, have thank you cards been sent etc.

And by creating a list of guests you can then use this list for various purposes such as:

printing labels for save the date cards, invitations, thank you cards

preparing a table plan

printing place cards

display the basic list of guest names via your website if you wish

letting your family access this information within your wedding hub so that they can see who has replied to their invitations, if you wish

Once you've added your guests we recommend that you copy the information and paste it into your software package such as a wordprocessing or spreadsheet package. Alternatively, we can give you a CSV version of your guest information which provides each piece of information in separate fields.
